Blogging is more fun in the Philippines! If you don’t know what I’m talking about, then you probably haven’t seen the newest campaign by the Department of Tourism in the Philippines. There’s a recent meme where you edit your pictures and say why it’s “more fun in the Philippines”. Many creative Filipinos have already joined the bandwagon. And if you’re looking for the font used by the More Fun in the Philippines campaign, good news! I have it here for you to download. It’s called the Harabara font, and you may download it by clicking on the button below.

Here are a few of my versions of the More fun in the Philippines tourism campaign. They’re not as funny, but I hope they do challenge you to do it better – and to make the most of your pictures by using them to promote this campaign!
LOL! I had fun making these More Fun in the Philippines pictures. I had to ask the help of my boyfie about which pictures to use. (He used to be in advertising, so he’s quick on his toes when it comes to artsy-fartsy ideas.)
The Department of Tourism has already received a lot of flack because of purportedly having imitated another country’s tourism campaign. (Read the details here.) After a few resignations and a long silence, the Philippines’ Department of Tourism is back with a fun way to promote tourism: a viral campaign where everyone can use their own pictures to say why It’s More Fun In The Philippines!
Of course, it’s much more fun to do this if you have the right font, so better download the Harabara font used by the Department of Tourism for their More Fun in the Philippines campaign. Oh yes, joining the band wagon can be fun – c’mon, don’t be a killjoy. Besides, you know you want do it, too! Joining the band wagon: more fun in the Philippines. Hehehe!
