Mom’s Birthday Part 2
Something happened to the kaldereta that my uncles cooked for my mom’s birthday… Well, as you can very well see, it all disappeared!
The curious case of the missing kaldereta
Actually, my aunties have been busy packing and segregating the food for everybody to take home. That’s why the kaldereta, pinapaitan, pancit, kilawin, putong puti, and putong dilaw all disappeared! ;p

My aunties taking home the food
The day was a huge success. What I love about my family is that they are absolutely fuss-free: nobody wants to be treated like a VIP, nobody is expecting anyone to dress up. Everybody came wearing slippers! Love it!

Here is a picture of my niece and goddaughter, Leahn, together with my nephew Yuri:

Adrian, my brother, is great with children! He played like he was one of my many younger cousins:

This is Adrian with Denzel. They scripted this shot. Look how Denzel is raising his arm to show off his sticker tattoos:

This is my cousin Leah with her daughter, Leahn…

And this is Leah’s twin sister, my cousin Rhea, with her son, Yuri. (Yep, we have twins in the family!)

Find out what Adrian and I did during our Mom’s birthday!
